Package is lost during transit;

If a package is lost or damaged while being delivered by a third-party shipper, the Shipping service is responsible. Please file a claim with the shipper (i.e UPS, USPS, Fedex)

Package is marked as delivered but not received:

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, the Shipping Service is responsible (i.e UPS, USPS, Fedex).

Package is stolen from the doorstep;

If the package was left in a safe place and stolen, the recipient is responsible. However, if the courier left the package somewhere unauthorized, the Shipping service is responsible.

USPS/ UPS loses a package;

If a package is sent but doesn't arrive within the standard delivery time, the recipient can request a missing mail search investigation from USPS / UPS. If USPS/ UPS finds the package, it will be sent to the recipient. If USPS/ UPS determines the package was lost or damaged, the responsibility shifts to USPS/ UPS. The recipient can then file an insurance claim and request compensation from USPS/ UPS. Usually these claims only cover $100 Value of insurance
