You may return items at our retail store or ship them back in the original box within 30 days for an exchange or refund to the original payment method, less any shipping fees incurred by either the seller or purchaser.

All returned or exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, unused, and undamaged, with the original receipt, packaging, manufacturer tags, and identification stickers. Returns must be insured and postage prepaid. Please clearly print or type your name and address on the outside of the package, and include a copy of the invoice or packing slip.

Shipping and Route protection fees are non-refundable.

**Any used items or items returned after 30 days are subject to a restocking fee. Big Dog Tackle reserves the right to refuse returns from purchasers with a history of multiple returns or if the product has been used. Big Dog Tackle also reserves the right to deny any return requests submitted outside of the allowed return period. Returning an item without prior approval and a valid return authorization does not guarantee a refund or exchange, and unauthorized returns may be refused or sent back at the purchaser’s expense.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

To start a return, please either:

1. Log into your Big Dog Tackle account and request a return, or
   
2. Email: customerservice@bigdogtackle.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
   

Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will be issued a return authorization along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your item(s) back, ensuring your return is processed quickly and accurately.
